Frequently Asked Questions

Can I request friends to be on the same team?

T-Ball and Single A will primarily consist of friends and schoolmates. Older divisions can put in a request, and we will do our best to accommodate.

How are teams chosen?

T-Ball and Single A are done through friend requests, primarily. Double A, Triple A, Minors, and Majors are chosen through a draft.

What equipment does my athlete need?

Each athlete will need a glove and cleats. If your athlete would like to bring their own helmet and bat, they can do so. T-Ball and Single A teams will have team helmets and bats. It is recommended that all male athletes wear an athletic cup.

We always need coaches!

All board members and coaches are volunteering their time to make this a great experience for your child every season.

Email community_baseball@vhcbs.com if you are interested in coaching.
