VHCBS Picture Day - April 21st Schedule

VHCBS Picture Day - April 21st

Picture Day for the 2024 season is THIS Sunday, April 21st and will be conducted by VIP (Visual Image Photography). Pictures will take place at VHAC (307 Nike Parkway).  A schedule of all teams picture slots is being posted. In the event of inclement weather, pictures will take place at our indoor facility, The Den (901 E Orchard St, Unit E – Mundelein).

Check-in will be held near the concession stand/bathrooms. All teams should arrive 10 minutes before their assigned time slot. Players should come dressed in full uniform. For travel teams, each coach/team will decide which uniform to wear. If you want your player to have a bat or glove in their individual picture, then please send that along with your player. All players will take a team picture and an individual picture. Ahead of picture day, we will share info on how to register and order pictures through VIP (Visual Image Photography). No payment is due on the day of pictures.

If you have any questions, please reach out to your coach or your program commissioner:

We will be holding player evaluations on Sunday, March 3rd.

What?  Player evaluations help coaches construct rosters for competitively matched teams.  Please have your child attend this event.  If your child is not available for evaluations, you don't need to do anything further, and your child will still be given a roster spot on a team.

Where?  Evaluations will take place at the Vernon Hills High School field house and gym.  We will have a table set up outside the gym to check your athlete in.

  • Please encourage other families to register their child for baseball.  We are making a final push to get more players.

  • You will likely hear from your team's coach no later than March 15, 2024.  This will give us sufficient time to construct rosters.
