The Den

The Den is VHCBS' exclusive indoor training facility. VHCBS maintains and operates this facility for use for our baseball and softball teams.

Facility Overview:

• Over 6000 square feet of turfed floor space
• 2 retractable hitting tunnels with a pitching machine 
• 2 portable pitching mounds
• Multiple tees, hitting nets and other training aids
• Hitting tunnels are retractable allowing for a large infield setup

The below rules are designed to ensure safety, cleanliness, and to preserve the facility and equipment.

1. Only gym shoes and indoor baseball turf shoes are allowed in the turf area.
2. Wet shoes, snow boots, cleats, etc. are not permitted on the turf.
3. No food, gum, or sport/energy drinks allowed in the lobby or turf area.
4. Indoor practices are closed sessions.
5. Players may only enter the building if their coach is present.
6. Players and coaches must be out of the facility within 5 minutes after their scheduled practice end time. This is to reduce parking lot traffic, making it safer for players. 
7. Coaches and players may enter the facility no more than 10 minutes early for their slot to set up.
8. We are all teammates, please maintain cleanliness at all times to ensure a clean facility for us all.
