Cougar Kickoff "A" Tournament

If the tournament is canceled for any reason before any games have been played, a FULL refund will be issued minus a $75 service fee. If only one game is started, then a $225 refund will be issued. If two games or more are started, no refunds will be issued for any reason. NOTE: If you sign up as an “A-Team” and later decide to play in an elite division or as a “tournament only” team, it is your responsibility to contact VHTournament@vhcbs.com as soon as possible to explore options for a refund. If VHCBS discovers your team is playing in an elite division or as a “tournament only” team, you will be removed from the tournament and no refund will be awarded.
