Refund Policy

Payments for Vernon Hills Community Baseball and Softball (VHCBS) programs are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Player injury or illness.
• Conflicts with other sports or activities.
• Relocation or moving out of the area.
• Disciplinary actions or removal from the program.
• Cancellations due to weather, facility closures, or other unforeseen events.

By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued.
